How do you make meringue with this product?

40g Egg White 250ml cold water 500g castor sugar Dissolve Egg White in water then whisk to a peak. Slowly add the sugar & whisk until sugar is dissolved & the meringue has a shine & stands in soft peaks. Bake at 100°c 225°f 1/4gas for 2 hours switch off oven & leave over night if you can to dry. Good luck.
