This will only read magnetic strips on a card, not the chip.

Does it require 3.0 USB input?

I haven't got the opportunity to use the product. It did fit in my USB port on my laptop.

Can I use this to receive payment from customers and deposit the payment find to my account?

No. This is basically just a keyboard that reads a card and puts the resulting information into a text field or other program on a computer.

Does this work for a PC?

No it didn’t work for us on a pc.
