Is the USB charging port good quality and how to use it?

The charging port is solid and of good quality. You'll need to plug your USB cable into the USB charging port, connect it to your phone, and charge it easily. The USB cable provided in the backpack also needs to be connected to your power bank. (Note: This backpack doesn’ t include power bank)

Can you wash this bag in the washing machine?

I don't know. I never attempted to. I have no intention to maul it in the washing machine as far as I am concerned.
