Worth the money!

It feels weird to use it at the end of the day when you are tired, you don't want to lie on something that is pointy. It is not effective if you put it outside your clothing and it is not convenient to use the mat if you don't want to remove your clothing while using it. I like the pillow and put it on my bed, I will move it to where I feel sore and that fits my need. I have bad knee. It is comfortable to lie sideway and let the points stimulate the knee. It feels good that way. The mat I have put it aside. No use for now.

Great quality mat... I have used it a few times. Works well while wearing a thin cotton shirt (I can tolerate it for a good 15 minutes, and feel results such as blood flow and warmth.) Tried it without a shirt and WOAH... this will take some getting used to. As for the quality of the mat, so far it seems great. The foam is quite comfortable and resilient. The spike patterns on the mat also appear as shown in the photos. The mat itself is smaller than what I anticipated, however it comes my back just fine. (I am only 5’7” tall... people above 6’ tall may find the mat a bit short).
