LEGOArchitecture Willis Tower (21000)

This was a very different kit from all of the other Lego Architecture kits that I have built. With only 96 pieces, and most of them being 3 or 4 of the same piece, this was built in about 5 to 10 minutes. Unlike the John Hancock Tower, the Willis (Sears) Tower looks like the original in Chicago. I am still trying to understand why the price is so high. I will not purchase the John Hancock Tower unless the price comes down to a more reasonable level. Still, despite the price, the Willis Tower looks wonderful with my other kits on display.

This is not at all what I expected. It looks nice but is way to simple for my 8 year old nephew. I also found that is sells at half the price elsewhere. Returning this today and looking for something better for my money.

Can't say enough about this series except I am disappointed they released one over in Asia and not here so it is highly expensive to buy it, especially when the Lego rep tells you it is not worth the 600.00 they are asking for. This is another nice edition to the series.

I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. He has started a collection of the Lego Buildings. The only thing I would change is that I would have preferred that the building was a bit taller. The buildings in this group appears to be a little short for such magnificent buildings. Having said that, my grandson loved it!!

I had purchased this model for my office. When it arrived, the box was smashed and had some tape holding the product together. It seems as if it had been returned before. I will be doing the same and returning this model.

THIS ITEM IS SO SMALL. THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT 'ACTUAL SIZE' ON THE BOX BECAUSE THAT'S ALMOST HOW BIG THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS. I PURCHASED IT FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD WHO ADORES THE SEARS TOWER (WILLIS TOWER). WHILE HE LOVES IT, I FEEL LIKE IT'S DEFINITELY A WASTE OF $40...I WOULDN'T HAVE MIND PAYING $9.99-$14.99(MAX) BUT $40 IS RIDICULOUS!!!! AND LASTLY, THE AGE SAYS 10+ AND MY SON IS 5 YEARS OLD AND HE BUILT IT JUST FINE.

I wanted to get my husband some legos for christmas, since he was a big fan as a kid. However, all the other ones small enough for a stocking were for 3 year olds. It only takes about 10 minutes to put together but it makes for a nice desktop decoration once its finished. It's a pretty small tower, easy to put together, and fun for the 10 minutes it takes to put the tower together. However, its still a good little gift for an adult who is hard to buy for. Made a good stocking stuffer.

I bought this lego set for my grandson who in the future would like to be an architect. He collects all the lego architecture kits. It might be small, but looks very nice.

Great little Lego set. Easy to build but looks great!
