All decals come ready to apply with full instructions. Although vinyl is very easy to apply and remove, Classy Clutter Designs is not responsible for damage or any kind that may occur in the application or removal of vinyl designs. Works great on regular latex or oil based painted walls. Make sure walls are fully cured (usually a few days to a few weeks) before applying decals. Not recommended for highly textured walls or VOC free wall paints. Due to the great amount of different paints and wall treatments, we cannot guarantee that the decals will work on every painted surface.
