The first few applications of this product were a creamy consistency. Now, the product is watery and runny. Shaking does not help. As a watery product, it doesn’t work as well. Not sure if this is normal, but I prefer a creamy product.

I use it primarily for under eye puffiness/bags and the tiniest dab (half the size of a pea) takes care of both eyes. It lasts for several hours and can be reapplied (again, use it sparingly). I use a little all over my face when I want to look my best (like before a Zoom call) and it makes a significant difference. Also works great on my forehead wrinkles - I’m considering giving up Botox.In response to negative comments in other reviews:White residue - don’t use too much. I’ve never had that problem.Can’t get it all out of the tube - at that point, unscrew the end of the tube and gently use the plunger. You can use it to the very end.Too expensive - but a little goes a long way, especially if you use it just on a problem area.Doesn’t work on neck - it doesn’t work on my neck at all, so if that’s your primary concern, this might not be the right product for you.Comparison to other products - Other products I've used can pull the skin unnaturally and lose effect when my face moves too much. This gives a natural result that survives displays of normal human emotion.

I ordered this product instead of Plexiderm to save a few dollars. I have to use more for each application and it takes a little longer to work, but I have found it does the job, and you get a little more in the applicator. It will eliminate puffiness under the eyes, and I also use it to remove any creases in my skin from sleeping on the side of my face. I put it on immediately upon awakening, and even if I shower it off later, the improvement remains. Now I can’t live without it!

I actually wanted it for my forehead. Shockingly I was impressed. Didnt know if it would live up to the video. But I noticed a drastic difference. And I was able to wear makeup over it. It was a bit of trial and error at first but if you blot with a beauty blender it's fine. It does feel tight. And its tempting to keep adding more at first not knowing if it is enough. It is. And if you over do it, there is a dry residue. Almost like dried toothpaste on your face, but add a little moisturizer or water and it will go away. So these reviews about it not working, its because you're applying too much. And there are no instructions so I did waste more than I wanted to trying to figure it out, but I will definitely buy again.

Beware what is pictured is not what you will receive. The old dispenser that is pictured is what I received the first time I ordered it . That dispenser that is pictured worked until the product was gone. Now you get this short squatty container that you pump small amounts out of. The small container stops working way before you're out of product. I unscrewed the top and used a small pic to get the product out to use the rest. This stuff really works in 4 to 5 minutes you can feel it tightening. I would buy more if they still had the old container. They should have left the container as it was it was perfect.

I have used this several times for a bag under each eye. Always a good job. Smoothes. Need practice if first time user. Clean skin for sure or it won't apply. Too much and u have to kind of work it out or wash and reapply. When correct I love it. Feel good to go out now.
