I have been using this sherpa organizer in my office for many years and would often see them in doctor's offices as well. My father was diagnosed with early dementia and having problems remembering things regarding his address, phone number, and other information. Having that information readily available is so helpful in his condition. I keep it on his nightstand and placed important things inside including his list of medications, important phone numbers, account information. He loves it. Anytime he has a question I refer him to the sherpa organizer, as I live in another state and cannot be there to help him eveyday. The doctor said his dementia is mild but he has good days and bad days. This helps tremendously!

Very sturdy. The base has a grip pad to prevent moving around when turning the pages.VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE. Also comes with instructions which is nice.This can rotate 360 degrees which is FANTASTIC because this sits on the counter in between my coworker and I and we can both have access to it without moving the entire unit.VERY SIMPLE TO CHANGE OUT THE SHEETS INSIDE because the plastic cover flips out and pins closed on the corner with a tab.

I love it and the only thing I would change is that it only holds 10 sleeves otherwise great for work and home!

We needed to replace our previous reference system, which was also a DURABLE system. That system was used repeatedly every day and lasted for about 10-years. I love this upgraded model. The stand takes up less room, and the plastic sleeves are much easier to load/unload.

This has a very nice heavy base and does not seem easy to tip over. The negative is that the page covers are not clear. They have a texture to them that makes the writing on the pages inside hard to read.

So glad I made this purchase. It arrived quickly. Now all my important papers are in one sleek looking organizer! Everything has a place and a label. It's so simple now to flip to what I need. If you need help with desk organization, I highly recommend this product.

I have been using the reference sytem for two months and love it. It doesn't tip over when flipping from page to page. The system moves so if you are sitting or standing you can use it. You can't move it to landscape position, but it comes very close. It has a rubber bottom so it won't slip of the desk.
