Love it

This is a great value and high quality for your money weightlifting belt! It is super easy to adjust, take on and off and stays in place well with the locking mechanism. I love the design and how comfortable it is to use during heavy lifts. If you have back and disk issues (bulging, or slipping discs) I would highly recommend using this! It will help you learn how to breathe properly as well (or look at videos to learn more) to help prevent injuries.

Go by the size chart

So initially I had purchased this belt and sized up one size because I saw reviews that said to size up! Do Not size up. Measure and go by the chart, this item is true to size, I had to return and re-purchase because the belt was too big. I ordered the smaller recommended size and it’s a perfect fit! It’s durable, a little stiff because it’s new. Definitely helps with lifting by supporting my lower back! Definitely not a waste of money! Definitely a good buy!

My go to belt

Love this belt for squatting weight over my body weight. The Velcro straps let me quickly adjust it to the tightness I want. It has held up well over time, making it well worth the low price compared to other belts. Some people like bulkier belts but I have found this to be perfect when I’m lifting and helps me avoid any back pain!! For reference I am 5’7” 143lbs

Get a bigger size

Sizing is off. I am a waist 32 but the 26-34 small wouldn’t fit at all.Product seems to be well made but review is for the sizing issue that made it a hassle to return
