We bought a new camper in January and had problems with the door staying closed unless you used the deadbolt. The issue was the strikeplate. It just didn't seem to fit "right." Ordered this one from Amazon, thinking that we would have to return it....we were wrong. It fit perfectly and now the door closes as it should. It is perfect. Lippert products never disappoint.

This worked as a replacement for the strike plate that came with my Haulmark 20' enclosed cargo trailer. The open rectangular area was not as big, but I could flip it one way or the other to have the opening higher or lower when bolted in. In the first picture I installed it with the opening higher up, but had to flip it to get the deadbolt to lock. Door needs a little bit of a push to engage when closed, but good enough for me. Great value, fixed my problem, would recommend. Note: Item did not come with bolts, don't lose the originals when you remove the original hardware.

I purchased a used camper and realized the striker plate on the door was missing. I found this one and ordered it. Put it on my camper and fixed the problem. It look like it came from the factory and fit perfectly. Just had to put the screws. Excellent value for the money and easy to install.

My RV was locked and my kids kept slamming the door breaking the striker on my RV this would not let my door close completely. I ordered this to replace one on a new RV. Flagstaff installed the original one upside down. I tried to modify it to get it to work but I bent it. This one was identical to the one from factory. Would recommend, good price and easy to install and adjust.

Works perfectly for my Forest River Evo travel trailer door! Very happy with the quality but would have been nice to include new screws in the bag. Went and bought a new screws to replace the old set that had seen better days.

Perfect fit for our camper door! Original broke in two and have bought several types that did not work. This one for great. Larger screw holes to adjust to exact requirement. Also larger catch space to accommodate any fluctuations. Very pleased with this item.
