Gaia makes the best stuff IMO. This works if you have a sinus infection, or any other infection. This is better than any antibiotic out there, but won’t hurt your good bacteria, and this is one of the best brands, period.

Seems as though it is working. It works at a molecular level so it takes a little while for it to sink in but all in all it seems to be pretty good.

A very good product, its jell capsules mu h better than the hard pills which dont digest well and have a coating on them ..

Don’t like the after taste, common with black seed oil. This is the real thing, but unfortunately I can’t use black seed oil. I pierced a capsule and smelled and tasted it. It is authentic black seed oil. Once you taste BS oil, you’ll never forget the taste… If you need the capsules vs liquid this would be a good choice.

I have been taking this for awhile. I can't say for sure that it helps my breathing, but I will continue to take it. I started taking the Gaia brand vitamins as a referral.

I've used this company's Oil of Oregano quite a while too. It's great Would like to see it available on Amazon here.
