Works surprisingly well
Let's kick this off with a couple pointers.First, Rust Bullet has - confusingly enough - three products that are available when searching for "Concrete." Those are Rust Bullet Concrete, Rust Bullet Duragrade Concrete, and Rust Bullet Duragrade Color. The MSDS forms for Duragrade Concrete and Duragrade Color are almost identical. Rust Bullet would probably prefer you use the designated Concrete products for Concrete, but here we are. This is a review of Rust Bullet Duragrade Color.Second, Amazon's inventory system means that the last item in stock always goes for steep discount. While this was eight-hundred-fifty-dollars list, on sale it was two-hundred-ninety. At well over a hundred and fifty dollars a gallon retail, this stuff should be amazing. And - for the most part, it is. It goes on easily enough, though it's recommended that you thoroughly clean and degrease the floors first, then power-wash them. The attached image is rolled-out. Rough coverage estimates are roughly 300 sf per gallon, so 1500 sf for the 5-gallon drum. But I was able to get two coats onto a 600 sf garage, followed by another coat of a 400 sf garage (one pictured), and still have about a gallon left. What's pictured is actually Duragrade Color over a layer of Rust Bullet Concrete (not Rust Bullet Duragrade Concrete), which is the old, thinner, stickier formulation. However, the other garage still shows the high sheen visible here.Once down, this stuff is pretty impervious. I would recommend either throwing some mats down if you plan to walk around or including a layer of anti-skid, as this stuff is slippery.Recommend having a respirator for application. You will definitely need one if you plan to use Rust Bullet Concrete. The electric, high-shine blue is actually pretty nifty. It's sort of an odd color for a garage, but it helps to have a bright, reflective surface when trying to track stuff that fell on the floor.Would I recommend? At the price I paid for it, absolutely. It's easier by far to apply than the two-part epoxies.

Easy to apply!
I am very pleased with this product! My car had a few rust spots starting to show thru so I basically wanted to prevent any further damage from the rust. As a senior woman I needed something that would be easy to apply to my vehicle without a lot of effort.I followed the directions and used a paint brush to apply the coating. Application was very easy for me and it took about 4 hours to thoroughly dry. Since I applied the paint outside (rather than in a building) there were virtually NO fumes. So far so good. Now it’s just a matter of time to see if this product “weathers” Michigan’s upcoming winter season this year, with all the road salt that gets applied to our roads.Next spring (2023) will definitely give me the “final answer”.

Defective product
I recieved 2 gallons of the blue in mid Aug and opened in mid Oct. Both gallons were dried up and hard as a rock. Since it was past the return date, Amazon would not do anything for me. Word to the wise open as soon as you recieve the can. $400 down the drain. I could not find any Manufacter date on the can, but must have been sitting for a long time. Buyer be ware.

Really does cover and contain metal and lite rust.
10 years ago I used this to cover a damage on my truck and now it got hit again, and this aera popped up, I could see there was no rusting in 10 years, . At this repair that's good. I'm pretty happy with the polyurethane sealer paint. And I covered my custom desk made out of Wood, And it hardly scratches it looks great . I used black with a lot of aluminum pigment it looks really nice And I could always fix it up but I haven't scratched it bad yet. I didn't use any primer but I did sand the wood well with some 80/100 grit and it was Real clean that's all, And I rolled on 3 heavy coats. There was a little bit of orange peel on the surface but I like that, I even cut the gloss a little, with some1000 grit, Rubbing compound. It looks like rock or steel now.I made a smaller one out of thick stainless steel, I don't like it near as well, But I can pound On it so that is a advantage.FYI Used stainless steel places sell for a little more than scrap which is about, 1/5 of The new price. And since stainless steel never wears out and you can polish it to whatever brightness you want it's a pretty good deal actually on my shed Put stainless steel pc on the roof instead of asphalt shingles and it's maybe a 500 year roof now, And it's fire proof and even small meteors are gonna punch stainless steel. Actually in the bay area in California I saw a panel truck that a bearded guy had made out of surplus stainless steel completely. It was awesome So there were 2? cars made in the United States out of stainless steel. The original Henry Ford made some in 38 39 and 40. You probably can find some online. His company partners didn't like that at all see old Henry had insisted on chrome valladium frames and his old forge that's why my 34 ford 5 window cupe rod could handle a Cadillac engine and the frame wouldn't break like all the other cars of that time could do .. That's why I almost every hot rod Uses the ford frame Well they wouldn't let the old guy use stainless steel or expensive parts anymore, too bad Ford fell way behind After 1942 their Products Fell way behind ..General motors came out with all their super V. 8s that still lead today. The corvette for instance, plain old push rods and like they came out with 1955, but now with all the best possible parts and material , no overhead cams And yet power and handling ability, And unbreak ability, you cant buy this anywhere near that price, Anywhere. I have put their Cadillac lightweight big horsepower stock engines into studebaker-Hawks, they fit into the old ford's perfectly it was a bolt in especially with the hydromatic transmission the best transmission out. for many many years also used in rolls royces And giant trucks. Note My 59 corvette small block, almost stock 400", hydramatic, does 0-60 in 3.0 Seconds. Wanna race. Foreign boy's ??
