Back Cracking Device, Multi-Level Lower Back Stretcher, Lumbar Support, Spinal Decompression, Spine Aligner, Back Cracker for Back Pain Relief

I have been suffering from lower back pain for 3 months since I injured my back at the gym. After reading some of the positive reviews people left after using back stretching devices, I thought it was worth trying myself. The mechanism is simple but seems working. After a week of use, I am already feeling positive change to my back pain situation. I am able to rest on the 2nd level. At the beginning, I felt the twinges from my back. But now, the pain releases a lot. My daughter didn’t like the nubs on the stretcher so she use a towel on top of the stretcher. I happen to like them and feel like they stimulate my circulation.I will continue to use this stretcher as I feel that it is improving my back pain situation. It is great to have different levels when I feel like I want to have a deeper stretch.

My brother in law had one of these and I was dying to buy one. I have pretty bad neck and back pain and when he said he liked this, I had to buy it.Well I tried it and honestly I’m not impressed and I returned it. Does it work? Yeah. But I get a better crack/relief from doing twists and crackling it myself.Just okay.

Even though doctors have warned me about purchasing "at home" products, sometimes I get impulsive -if something has 4-5 stars, and I am in pain. I think " what is the harm". WIth this product, the harm was that I used it once for less then 10 minutes and four days later the pain in my back is 10x worse then before I used it and I will have to go to the doctor as a result. Please don't be impulsive like I was and think, I'll try this-there are good reviews and it will save me PT and/or surgery on my discs...Think smart. Listen to your doctor. Unless they specifically tell u to purchase something for home use. Don't cave in to pain & try to self help- esp with spine and nerves... call your doctor.

I will say for the .5 seconds I used this it provided incredible relief and awesome back cracks. I started with the low back and moved my body up toward to place the device near my cervical spine. I loved it until it snapped in two. Would be willing to purchase a similar device maybe a better made oneI’m about 6 ft 250 lbs

I have a degenerative disc disease at L4 and L5, and occasionally if I am not careful I can get lower back pain. This product helps me stretch out my back when used in a supine position. It also provides support when I'm sitting in a chair. I like this product so much that I am going to order two more -- one for the car and one for the office.

I absolutely love this! I’ve only used it twice so far but after both times my back felt so relaxed and I was actually able to get around and do things without so much pain and discomfort. Definitely recommend this product!
