Q: will it fit on any 12inch sealer? And is the sealing width 5mm?

It fit on mine, and yes it is 5mm wide. I used it to upgrade my 2mm sealer to a 5mm sealer. I had to crank the heat setting all the way to max in order to seal mylar bags, but it makes a much better seal now.
