USB outlets didn't work

USB socket blown in just 1 week
I had installed this switch a couple of weeks back and after around one week the usb socket shorted itself andade a big sound. The item is not worth money as it didn't even work long.

If you need 2 outlets right next to each other get this item it has 3 main features: 1- 2 outlets right next to each other 2- international (all plugs supported) 3- 2 USB sockets
