Do what they're supposed to do
Obviously they're just brackets for holding the track up and they do that very well. You only get 5 in the pack but they are strong and sturdy and combined with the quality construction of the Quoya curtain tracks they seem to provide plenty of support. They are a bit long and overhang the curtain track too much for my liking but when the curtains are up you stop thinking about it and bask in the glory of having your curtains automatically opening/closing. If you have (or construct) a pelmet of some sort then that will hide them from view. They are, however, overpriced and really should come with all the curtain tracks as you're spending the best part of £200 on the track and some models DO come with them which makes no sense as they are all similar prices. If I was doing a room from scratch with new curtains I'd probably use the (included) ceiling brackets as they are a cleaner look but if your existing curtains aren't long enough and you want to attach to the wall you're going to need these.

Pretty good
Absolute sod to put up, but very pleasing when fitted. I had to buy the wall brackets, which are very over priced and should have been included. That said, I would recommend.

Strong steel
Very strong bracket ! but my concern is that the smart rail s that experience the brackets should included are they could simply drill holes in the track rail and include countersink screws

Great Customer Service
This was our third purchase. A small motor glitch was resolved in no time with a replacement sent by courier after a short conversation with Jeremy. We are so pleased with all our Quoya motorised curtain rail. It’s also great that you can set schedules for opening and closing. A1 product, highly recommended.

Missing screws not once, nor twice, but three times!
Received this last Thursday. The text on this page says:“Package Includes: x5 Wall brackets, x10 screws, x10 bolts.”There were no screws in the box, so, on Friday, it was sent back and I re-ordered. The next box arrived today missing the 10 screws. It also didn’t have the padding foam that was in the first box. It looks like it was something someone had already returned, no doubt because of the missing screws. This one is going back on Monday and I’ll order for a third time.Third box arrived. NO SCREWS within. It’s going back tomorrow and a fourth order will be made and I’ll continue this day after day until I get my 10 screws. Do Quoya ever read the reviews?Seriously unimpressed so far. I shudder to think about the quality of the rail itself whenever I get to open the box once my promised screws arrive.

So quiet!
Really impressed with this track. Easy to install and a really quiet motor.

Good quality, strong, a bit pricey though
Heavy duty brackets that work extremely well, a little chunky looking at first. I do think they are a little overpriced for what they are.

Well contructed
Love it! Takes a little time to put together and you need to watch the videos to do so correctly. Works great.

Sturdy, necessary, but not aesthetically pleasing
We purchased both the AT5810 and QL 600 curtain tracks. Both come with track brackets for hanging on the ceiling. Unfortunately, that only works if there’s a joist right there about 4-5 inches out and parallel the window or if the joists are perpendicular to the window. Our joists fit neither scenario and so it was necessary to purchase these brackets to hang the curtain tracks from the ceilings. The posting and their website says that you can use special screws, the ones that open up once they’re inside of the drywall, but our curtains are too heavy for that sort of thing. I do not want to wake up to curtains on the floor and holes in the ceiling. At five dollars apiece they are pretty expensive. And you must buy them in sets of five so if you need six or seven, you have to buy 10. I looked at the big box stores for cheaper options and there weren’t any so I went ahead and used these. They are extremely sturdy. No way are they going to bend no matter how much your curtain weighs. we have velvet blackout curtains and they are still snuggly against the ceiling after a couple months. The thickness of the brackets caused the curtain tracks to be down probably 3/16 inch from the ceiling. Looking up at them on our 9 foot ceilings, the gap isn’t really that visible. But it is there so something to keep in mind. The brackets are L-shaped. There are several holes and slots so you can move the tracks closer or further from the wall as you desire. However, moving the tracks closer to the walls means that the brackets are visible on the ceiling in front of the track. And regardless of how close the tracks are to the wall, you can still see the brackets on the wall. Does that 2 inch length help to keep them firmly on the ceiling? Probably. Would I prefer that they only be an inch, yes I would. That said, I’ve included two pictures. The first smaller window is the 5810. It came with track brackets that stuck out 5/8 of an inch front and back of the track. With the wall bracket on top of that, it looked really janky.I reached out to Quoya and they sent me the newer brackets used in the QL600. They were not free, but I wanted to see the difference before I ordered the larger curtain track for the other window. Honestly, that’s the only difference between the 5810 and the 600, the track brackets. I am pleased to say that the newer style brackets are completely hidden but that does not solve the problem with the wall brackets. You can see in the first picture that the white brackets against our gray walls are visible and I don’t like it at all. In the second picture, I have a white trim board and the brackets wouldn’t be noticeable unless you were looking for them. Our ceilings are Sherwin-Williams alabaster and so I plan to paint that trim board and the brackets and track the same color and I think that will make them mostly disappear. Assuming that works I will do the same with a smaller window and I’ll update the review with a new picture.

New, Improved Design
I received 2 boxed-sets of the Smart Curtain Rods as a House Warming gift. One box didn't have any brackets so I purchased these. I'm happy to say that, based on the ones that came in the boxed-set, these are a great improvement. They are adjustable where the ones in the boxed set were not. See photo, the original in the boxed set is on the right, and the ones I ordered here; Quoya Smart Curtain Track- Single Wall Brackets (Set of 5) are on the left. Huge improvement!I did however have an issue but the manufacturer came through for me! When I ordered the brackets, I assumed that they also came with the clip-on piece. No they don't. They come with screws, bolts and washers but no clip piece. They did end up sending me the additional part and I'm happy to say. Great customer service!SO far, the curtain rods are working great, I finally got the app to work, plus, I've got the remote controls so everything is fine. I definitely recommend!
