It definitely works as described. if you have a 2019 Chevy Silverado LD you will need to go to the dealership and buy a plug and where the plug plugs in is behind a black cover box right next to the brake under the dash. It is not a plug hanging taped up. You actually have to plug it in to the area where the factory wiring harness plugs in, there’s a plug plug that is open.

My original brake controller caught on fire and I needed a quick replacement for it as we were going camping the next weekend. Had this controller over night and installed the next day. It works fantastic! Easy to install and easy to use. I highly recommend this brake controller.

was a great brake controller farr better than the tractor supply one i had before. has nice adjustment for breaking intensity and how quickly it engages to better fine tune the brakes. i bought the adapter locally since it didnt come with it.

works great on our 2020 cherokee 3.2 with the play and play kit it came recommended with. Havent found a forever spot for it yet, still just plugging it in when needed.
