Radian Carbon w/ Ball Head Tripod Kit

This is by far the best tripod I’ve used for long distance! Holds the weight very well and is very precision friendly! Everything about it is perfect! I own 2 other Vortex Tripods, one for spotting scope, one for binoculars, and they’re both very nice.

For starters, the Vortex Radian Carbon with ball head can easily accommodate someone who is 6’4” tall. Not many tripods can accommodate tall people and keep things stable. Huge plus for Vortex and tall users of this tripod. The legs of the tripod are quickly configured to meet the requirements of the terrain and the person, whether standing or sitting. There is no center elevation post, so nothing gets in the way if a person is partially sitting under the tripod. If you are using this tripod while looking over the horizon for hours on end, this one will let you get comfortable and do a better job of observation/glassing. A brief review of competitors models found them to be heavier and not as tall as the Vortex Radian Carbon. This tripod is very well made and designed to provide maximum stability. If you are using expensive optics, this tripod will add to your peace of mind knowing the optics are a fixed to a solid tripod. Highly recommend.

Pricey but worth every penny. Whether it has my spotting scope or rifle it's amazing with the movement and hold. Carbon Fiber legs remove as much weight as you can.

Solid, steady 55lb weight limit.. And it weights far less than my aluminum tripods.. like the quik change head and arca is definitely the way to go.
