Yes, powerhouse food processor!! Best one!
This is a great machine. I have a large one but wanted the medium size too. It's a powerhouse and I love it! Can't have too many great kitchen gadgets and this is so well made. Know you'll have it for at least 15-20 years. They never break!!! And if your blades need to be replaced. You can buy the replace blade. It's fantastic

Simple but does the job
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Doesn't overcomplicate it. There is a shredding attachment and a blending blade and two speeds. It does one thing well instead of trying to add on unhelpful features

This attractive food processor comes with several practical and easy-to-use attachments. I am able to slice, dice, mix and stir so easily. I am very happy with this purchase! Additionally, Cuisinart has been sending me some very nice recipes.

Flat Top is Useless
I received my original Cuisinart Food Processor as a wedding gift over 46 years ago. Over the years I have bought just about every disc available and when my processor finally wore out, I wanted to be able to use all those discs. Hence why I chose the Pro Custom 11 Cup. I was also rather looking forward to the flat top. The good news is that all my accessories from the earlier model fit this model, but flat cover is useless. It is impossible to get the flat cover to close, although it is very good at getting stuck. So stuck that I had to tap it with a rubber mallet to ease it off. It is a quality control issue that could be fixed simply and cheaply, but I guess none of that matters now-adays. Too bad because one expects more from a brand like Cuisinart. As for the processor, it works as expected, so no complaints there.

Flat cap super for baking
I just replaced my 3 decade old, 11-cup Cuisinart whose work bowl recently broke. I use it mainly for baking and pulverizing. I’ve used it twice now and really like the new flat baking cap, fewer parts to wash for me! However, it’s a bummer that the dough hook is no longer part of the basic package (purchased separately). In contrast to the older model, the new work bowl is thicker and appears more sturdy. From another review, I was concerned that the sticker would be difficult to remove on the flat cap, but actually it was quite easy. Perhaps, the other one sat on a hot tarmac during delivery.

Love this Food Processor
Usually cooking for myself, I don't require a large food processor and this 11-cup size seems perfect, so far, for my requirements. I like using the smaller compact lid for easily blending my small pie crusts and pizza doughs, yet, it will accommodate the ingredients for a loaf of bread. I haven't had occasion, yet, to use the taller feeder lid for slicing and shredding. Being elderly with arthritis, I store it on my kitchen counter due to it's weight, and that very weight holds it fast to the counter when in use. My previous unit was of another brand and I had to hold it in place; plus, it's motor was very loud, while this one is blessedly quiet.

Beware of Cuisinart!
Having just purchased this food processor, I expected the best from Cuisinart! (silly me!). The flat lid arrived with a sticker glued onto it which wouldn't come off. I used a razor blade scraper, and after much effort I was able to remove the paper part of the sticker, but not the glue. After trying to remove it for 10 min. I finally decided to call the company. They obviously don't want to talk to customers because the customer care phone number is hidden in the product manual after the recipes. When I called them, the rep. had no idea how to solve the problem, but I was told later to rub the glue with a cloth and vegetable oil. Is that standard advice? I know it's a "little" thing, but Really!! All of the other stickers and notices were put on in a way that came right off. Why the difference with only one? And why the DIY answer to solve the problem? I expect a new product to be user-ready right out of the box. I guess I was wrong! This is the last Cuisinart product I will buy, not because the product doesn't work, but because they show no interest in providing a hassle-free product nor vigorous customer care. What if I had a serious problem? .............
