Use it the way it says in the bottle , if you use too much you get the opposite effect and you have to be patience because you will not see any result until you have use at least for 3 times . Every 15 days it’s the best . And use conditioner after using it.I bought it because my hair had a smell after exposing to the sun and this was because of lack of protein in my hair, after 4 times using this product the smell is gone an my hair looks healthier.
