Works As described

At first, I was PISSED!!!!! Got a notification the day my order was supposed to be delivered, AT LIKE 8 PM, after waiting at home all day, in case that one delivery person who doesn’t knock or anything, just leaves a we missed you sticky note.. >.< now my phone wasn’t gonna be here for ANOTHER WEEK?!?! D:< it’s kinda weird… because after I complained immediately, somehow it was able to arrive the next day… maybe the email said arrive BY next week?? But then why give such a long estimation??? Whatever, I was just happy to have my phone again, after porting my # over to a new carrier, it not working for a week, then my phone just breaking randomly… couldn’t believe my luck with THAT!!!… My phone I ordered wasn’t in the best refurbished condition, but it’s worked perfectly since I turned it on, only has a few tiny scratches on the screen, and I’m so thankful everything worked out well. I was worried the phone might be a let down somehow. Nope. Just peachy. Would recommend.

Was sold phone with a bad battery under 80% battery life remaining. By the time I had noticed the battery life I had already transferred my eSIM and all my confidential work data making it impossible for me to return. The seller refused to issue me a $80 refund to replace the battery even though they guarantee that they give you batteries over 80% life. They simply offered me 10% back which was not enough. They did give me the option for a return but that was not a good option for me at that point as it would have left me without a working phone. I wish I would’ve immediately checked the battery level upon arrival. Now the phone died extremely quickly and runs slow due to apply slowing the device down due to the battery being bad.

I was a bit hesitant at first by reading all the reviews, but its actually a pretty good phone! 82% battery capacity, fast functioning, excellent condition, it does get a little hot, but if you need a phone for short usage, this is perfect!

I purchased excellent condition it do have dents and scratches but nothing major my number one problem is that when I received the phone it was already on the Home Screen like they didn’t even factor reset the phone I had to do it and it had 3 pictures in the photo album and then the phone says finish repair like whattttt

This was the first time I bought a used phone and so I was happy to see that it had no cosmetic blemishes, as advertised by its "excellent" condition rating. When I finally got through to the settings (long story below), I was also happy to see that its battery health is 92%, again as advertised (90% or greater guaranteed). One surprise was that it came with a screen protector installed, which is great, but it would have been nice to know beforehand so I did not have to buy my own. One suggestion that I would make for sellers of used iPhones is to update them to the latest iOS version. When I first tried to transfer my old iPhone to the new iPhone through the iOS setup process, I got to the software update's "Install Now" step and it just hung. I tried twice, having to reset to factory settings each time it hung. I found an Apple Support Community discussion which said to go through the setup wizard as if it is a totally new iPhone (not transferring anything from the existing iPhone), entering the WiFi password manually and then doing the software update. (It was once I had gone through the setup as a new iPhone that I was finally able to see the battery health.) After that, resetting the phone again and choosing the transfer iPhone option finally worked. Putting in the SIM card from my old iPhone to the new iPhone was straightforward and there were no issues using the phone on my wireless carrier.

To me it worked well until now I got the phone on June 1st 2025 nd it is not dec 21st nd it barely works but for a good 2-3 months it works fine.

Phone is exactly what I expected for a refurbished phone. Phone battery is 82% which isn’t terrible but isn’t the best either. The back and front screen are in perfect condition, with only a couple of tiny scratches. 15GB out of 64GB. The box was a little bit sketchy and the back of the phone says “Product(Red)”. Far as I can tell it is still a legit iPhone with all of the normal features. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.

I was expecting the battery life to be around 80% or less. I’m just using it for a work phone so I didn’t really need anything spectacular. I was surprised to see that the battery life is actually at 100%. I don’t know if it’s a replaced battery or what the refurbished aspect of it actually is but from what I can tell this is a brand new phone on a scratch on it. Everything seems to be 100%. I will update edit this review in a few weeks pending any major changes but so far this seems to be a no-brainer of buy. Reasonably priced and fantastic phone to use as a beater work phone

Good condition, no defects, just be warned that the battery life isn’t great … but it does what I need it for :)

I bought this phone to review and its a pretty good phone. but it does over heat and i can defently tell that some of the parts were replaced. I would leave a three point five star review if i could. but if u want a good first phone i would defently recomend this phone.
