LOVE my new pot filler! This was a great find and excellent value for the money. We did have a little troubleshooting during installation to screw it in completely and ensure it was rotated fully upright, but able to get it after a few trials. It is very sleek and modern with good water pressure and no splashing, which I love!

We just did a kitchen remodel and wanted a pot filler. It does not come with an extender to take it from inside the wall to outside of the tile. You kinda have to piece together the plumbing. And our plumber said it is low quality and we would never be able to find parts to fix it. But for the price we could replace it 6 times before we have spent the price of a well-known brand. So we went for it. It works fine. I imagine it will last a long time as I usually fill my pots with hot water from the sink to get a head start on boiling water.

Feels very heavy duty and was very easy to install

The pot filler is beautiful! Unfortunately, once installed, the piece had a slight leak where it connected to the wall. We'd ordered it months before, as finding particular pieces during our whole-house renovation had been difficult, and so it was outside of the return period. I wrote to the company, but thought I'd be out of luck. I'm not sure I've ever been more surprised when they were more than willing to work through the issue with me, and checked back in several times. Then, when it was apparent that the unit was beyond repair, they sent me TWO to replace it! So far, the replacement is working well, no leaks. The support received was incredible, and so yes, I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone!

The Joints done seem to support the weight of the arms and bend. I’ve installed a number of pot fillers ranging from 30-400 dollars. This showed it’s quality, but it’s a cool thing to have on a budget while you save for a better one.

I purchased this and then changed my mind about the tile I was going to use. I was beyond the Amazon return window, so I reached out to the company, who agreed to refund the item if I shipped it back to their warehouse. Item finish looked to be nice and the quality appeared nice.

Nice faucet overall. I probably ripped an oring during installation which caused a leak. But when contacting the customer service I received a 5 star sevice, they diagnosed it and immediately sent me replacement and additional oring too. Really nice to know we have support!
