I was looking for something to boost up my energy level. I used Shilajit first. It helps but really hard to find good product at reasonable price.I have been using this supplement since last three weeks and it does work. I take one capsule a day and it keeps me going through out the day. no muscle cramp. Keeps me energetic.

This is very good, if you can't stomach pickled beetroot (which is really good for your stomach bacteria), or you don't like glugging beetroot juice, these are The answer.I prefer to eat some pickled beetroot some times, but vary it with this for the same effect as it is good to vary your diet and how you get minerals and micronutrients.

Love this Products, it give me just the right mental boost i need before my gym time. would get it again.

Been using these for well over a year on my training days. Gives a good pump but dosnt make me feel wired. Obviously non of us will ever know the real pros and cons on taking pills and trusting suppliers but due to taking them the past year or so with no sides, I’ll stick by them.

The dosages in these tablets are terrible. Only 400mg of L Citrulline in one tablet and it is expected to fuel a work out haha. I should have looked at the dosages closer before ordering. Save yourself the money and buy a product with more sufficient dosage amounts.

Only been on this product for a couple of months and just starting to see a difference with my blood pressure lowering.
