Q: When you first open this, does it have a seal beneath the cap?

Yes there should be a seal I believe? The outside/top should also have a sticker that seals it and prevents it from leaking out during transport. Not sure why yours didn’t?? Myself and my 2 teens also experienced the “tingling” sensation during first few uses, but don’t give up! I swear by this cleanser! It is amazing and is the only thing I have found that completely eliminates my two teens (boy 16 and girl 17) acne/blackheads without drying or redness whatsoever. We have tried everything from Paula’s Choice, Cerave, Cetaphil, etc. This stuff works! Have to give it a couple of weeks and after that no break outs EVER with continued use!
