It works well for what it does, used it on glasses and jewelry. Mainly used distilled water and a jewelry cleaner with it and they come out looking great.One con i had with it was it's buttons. On mine the plastic on top of the buttons isn't sealed well and after the first use I may have accidently spilled water on it and it seeped in not allowing me to press the buttons I had to dry it out before I could use it again. I now know how to deal with it if it happens again.

This does a nice job of cleaning my glasses and it is deep enough to put my glasses in. I tried two other units prior to this, which were not deep enough to put my glasses in. It’s quiet enough. It looks nice on my counter and I really like it. The problem is when I turn it on after about 15 seconds it starts smelling like burnt wires or a burnt motor. The unit itself does not get hot nor does the water inside but every single time I’ve used it. It smells like something is burning. I’ve had trouble reaching out to the company because the website doesn’t particularly like my iPhone. There is no option for self troubleshoot with this particular problem. I am concerned about the burning smell!
