I was so excited to get this hat! Now I’m excited to OWN this hat. One thing everyone thinking about ordering this should know is that it RUNS SMALL! My head circumference was a perfect medium. Based off of other reviews, they seemed to have no issues with the fit and it should have fit me fine, but mine is a bit too snug. Maybe because I’m a woman with thick hair, maybe we can’t read a tape measure, idk. I can feel my eyebrows being lifted up. The hat does come with a sizing kit though! If you size up, you can reduce the hat size by 1 or 1/2 depending on which of the foam strips you choose to use, maybe even add both for a 1 1/2 size reduction. Since it is a leather hat with some stretch, I’ve decided to hang on to it but I would have been fine getting a large.

These hats are absolutely wonderful. Great quality, great craftsmanship, excellent material and very classy looking. A word of caution and a note, I normally wear a medium. When I ordered a medium they were too small. I had to return and order a large. They fit perfectly. I might suggest ordering the next size larger than your normal size.

I'm now gonna look the part out in the bush in my ute, or sitting back round the campfire with a cold beer to enjoy while the fire I made cooks my beans. My wife says I need some cowboy boots, but this hat does enough. Fits great, looks good, and will keep the sun off my noggin and shoulders better than a baseball cap.
