Most amplifiers input sensitivity range from 2-5v max. the pre amp output of the eq is 7v. how do i compensate this without blowing my amps board?

This just give u a better voltage which is good nothing will happen to the arm remember this is DC voltage, not AC you wil get l more power from the equipment make sure you ground it properly

I have amplifiers... a mono for the sub and a four channel for my cabin speakers. Can i use this eq with the amps??
