How does this compare to the previous model blower (dcbl720)? tia

The upgraded cordless blower (DCBL722) moves more air faster than the previous model, DCBL720. However, keep in mind that it has been designed to be used with the concentrator nozzle; therefore, the up to 450 CFM of air volume and up to 125 Mph spec is for the blower with concentrator nozzle

Is the air tube detachable?

Yes the black tube is detachable. So is the concentrator nozzle.

Is there a harness I can use with this? I'm a petite woman and it gets heavy after a few minutes

Unfortunately, there is no harness for the DCBL722B

Can this also be used the dry you car after a car wash

Most certainly!! This blower has the power to dry you car after washing!
