Q: Has the problem been fixed to keep batteries from falling out when wall mounted? Previous messages stated the company was working on a fix.

As of 3/19/22, it appears there are two versions. One that holds the batteries and one that does not. The company is continuing to ship the old versions out. I received one and am returning and not risking the chance of getting another old one.

Q: Sometimes the battery cover has a tiny screw. Does this have a space for a small screwdriver?

There no room for a small screw driver, hower iuse my small screw set for that and keep it in the samr drawer

Q: Does it come with a battery tester as shown in the pictures?

Yes. The battery tester is removable and easy to use. I like it better than the one in the organizer we had before this one, which was built into the organizer and not removable.
