Are the bands rubber tubing, or are they the true Power Cords made of elastic bands surrounded by stretchy fabric?

Gosh, I’d have a hard time answering that question without cutting them. They are wrapped with stretchy braided cording. But if I squeeze on them really hard, they feel they might be hollow. It looks exactly like the bar that was used at my physical therapist. It feels to have the same resistance also. I’m sorry I couldn’t give you a more definitive answer.

what is meant by digital download? can't use by computer and phone too small

I purchased this over the holidays and it did not include any paperwork nor information regarding how to access the workouts or pdfs. how do i aceces?

They provided a postcard with mine that had a link to their workouts. I'm sorry, I don't have the link anymore. However, I did find even better YouTube videos for the pilates bar in general. There are a lot of channels for this with great content and more creative exercises using the bar. Its been awesome to travel with, as well. I really enjoy mine. Hope this helps.

Can I purchase more bands to make my workout harder?

to make it "harder" just roll the resistance around the stick.
