Good quality.
Great value for the money. It's keeping very good time, and the fit and finish is excellent for an automatic watch at this price point.I do suggest lubricating the crown threads with some quality o-ring rated silicone. It's one point where you can expect the most wear. Don't forget to screw the crown down snug! Many people unfamiliar with this feature forget, and the watch will not be water resistant.Update: Almost two years of constant use and the watch is performing perfectly. Still looks brand new despite many bangs and bumps. I highly recommend this watch.

Off the charts value
I have several Invicta watches, four of them variants of the pro diver collection. This watch was my latest addition. When I got it, it had an absurdly low price of $48. I bought two. That's less than the quartz movements usually sell for and these have the Seiko automatic movement. Since several of my other Invictas have the same, I can tell you they are accurate and dependable. So is the watch itself. My oldest pro diver (easily ten years old) was showing some wear on the band and I just changed it to a leather strap. Simple procedure and the watch itself still looks new. Personally, I have never had an Invicta fail or feel the need to toss it. It is a nice feeling though, with the price point, to not be afraid to wear them. As the title of this review states, in bang for your buck this watch is off the charts good.

The BEST (hands down) Submariner homage PER DOLLAR spent, out there. Quality is top notch.
I own five Invictas and I've bought three for my wife, and I'm a TOUGH critic when it comes to watches. One was pricey (the Rose Gold/Valjoux 7750 model 10938) and they ALL have significantly exceeded my expectations. I did have to get Invicta to replace some screws (left out) of the 10938, but they've all held up to use. The first pro-diver automatic I bought is now my rough use watch and it's in water all the time and it's given GREAT service as have they all. They tend to lose a little time when on winders (the 10938 doesn't like being on a winder at all-which was a surprise to me) but you should IGNORE the people who dislike Invictas based on the fact that they threaten to up-end conventional wisdom with the "Conspicuous Consumption" crowd. The dead giveaway will be the highest quality product with the deepest inflection against the "N'est Plus Ultra" price point. It/they will get "dinged" with highly subjective and non-specific "faint" praise or outright untruths. Those familiar with High-End Audio have seen this "misdirect and obfuscate" tomfoolery before. It's been going on there for decades, most conspicuously with Bob Carver's now fully acknowledged as "legendary" designs. The other tactic will usually involve over exaggerating real (but picayune) deviations on the aforementioned "homage". (Then hypocritically criticizing it for what it gets right.) It'd be nice if the bezel was ceramic (it's not) and if it had a very high lume numbers included with it (it doesn't), but if there's a single lume point on the pip, you're set anyway (but lumed bezel markers are cool) and (seriously now) how many of us EVER go Scuba Diving AT NIGHT? The GOLD Automatic 8930B especially STANDS head and shoulders above the competition as a dress watch. Don't let anybody (especially if they don't own one-having given one to their buddy who works as a dishwasher won't count) tell you otherwise. Buy with Confidence. Now, my one piece of "downside" advice: If you DO have a problem with any Invicta Watch, and it's no longer in Warranty unless it's pricey (like the 10938 I own) just buy another one. Mine are all at least five and up to eight years old and I've never had a problem. One last thing: If the "original" wouldn't react well (your hand slipping off a wrench and hitting a hard angle on an engine or similar) don't expect the homage to fare better. Use common sense. Please use "Apples to 'homage' Apples" in terms of hazard context, please.

Very nice timepiece. Looks good and works well.
This Invicta watch keeps very good time. The quality of construction and the functioning components is very high for a reasonably priced timepiece. The only comment I would make to Amazon is that you need to write about the differences among the various models that Invicta offers so the customer can choose the best model to meet their needs. Tell us what the difference is between the 8930, the 8928 and the 8930OB. I chose my watch primarily by the look (blue face and gold tone bracelet) but I had an 8928 from a previous purchase which stopped working due to water damage and still don't know if there is really much difference in the mechanical components between the two models.

Better after use more .
I had 5 month now runs very accurate ( +2 or +3 ) a day . Much better then my omega seamaster 300 mm diver watch lose - 25 sec a day , I think Seiko movement are more stronger engine watch part no more Euro made watch can’t trust I paid $1250 when it was new , I paid invicta total $ 57 . Swiss watch can’t use long time -oil rubes get thicker after while , Do not buy euro watch ,no recommend Swiss watch. Buy Seiko or orient movement watch or citizen solar watch . my citizen’s Titanium chronograph watch’s get 25 years old still runs very good , NH35 movement are excellent quality movement easy to maintain period . I bought seven pro diver watches all very accurate , three watch are +1 or 0 sec a day , which is remarkably accurate , Better then my Tissot $450 automatic watch . Very Strongly Recommend Invicta pro Diver watch thanks Amazon market .

GREAT DEAL
If you're looking for a quality timepiece at a reasonable price, the Invicta model 8930OB is the one for you. This 24-jewel automatic mechanism is absolutely top-quality. Some other reviews talk about paying $50.00 for the same one, for which I paid $82.00 plus tax, but it doesn't matter. A watch of this quality for under $100.00 is a Great deal and nice looking.
