Some easy to use & to clean.Great rice every time

Easy to use and I had a rice dish I was very happy with cleaning was easy. One scoop is a small portion but two is more than enough. There is a maximum level marker but had to really look for it. But overall very pleased

We have given up the supermarket pouches in favour of this rice cooker. Works well even when cooking small quantities.Good value for money and plenty of useful features.

It’s a lovely size for the work top, and easy to use. Unless I don’t know how, my only frustration is that it doesn’t take the pre programmed 45 minutes to cook rice, or the 60 minutes for porridge, so you do have to keep checking and if you forget, then the rice or porridge is totally overcooked. It would be great to be able to adjust the timings.

You need to add the perfect amount of water to the rice quantities. If you don’t, it will either over cook your rice or start burning it on the bottom. But once you have the perfect quantities, it makes lovely rice in 45 minutes.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my Daughter and son-in-law (we are now nearly in June and it still works brilliantly). They use this all the time, the portions are perfect, it easy makes up a portion from one person and so far up to four. It’s so is easy to use. Not sure on the cleaning. It does the job without any hassle. The rice is lovely and fluffy. Due to the size of the rice maker it makes it easy to store. I would recommend as a gift or for yourself.

We upgraded to the unit from the smaller one as it was our first time using it. Since then we have never went back to using a pot to make rice.The porridge function isn't the best as it just seems to boil it at a high heat.The unit is very robust and has a water spillage housing on the side to empty out excess water.

First time I used this the rice came out nice and fluffy but the steam vent melted. Second time I used it the steam vent completely broke off and timer got stuck on 8 minutes left. third time I used it the inner steam vent fell out as I was lifting out the cooking pot and burnt my hand.
