I kept finding these in the store, but they were all around 10 inches in diameter. This one is bigger and it's the perfect size for all of the cooking that I do. It's very well made, aluminum, and comes with silicone handles that cover the side handles of the pan so you don't burn yourself. You can cook chicken or steak or burgers in this thing and they taste like they have been cooked on the grill! Would highly recommend this product!

If you are wanting to eat healthy and grill food on your stove - this grill is it! I have the 11-inch grill and lid. Tonight was a salmon patty, asparagus, corn on the cob, and a veggie blend of sweet onion, red bell pepper, and zucchini. just a slight touch of olive oil on veggies. I used dashes of a few spices then let the grill do its magic. Cooking was awesome - even heat. I used a dual-silicon spatula to turn everything. Dnner was amazing. Then another piece of magic - CLEAN UP - JUST A LITTLE BIT OF DAWN AND A GENTLE NYLON BRUSH AND VIOLA - CLEAN AS IF IT WERE BRAND NEW! I used a George Foreman grill years ago and OMG what a nightmare to clean. So, I wholeheartedly recommend this grill. and use the silicon grips included with the pan).

Love this pan!!! Only wish it were smaller. I bought this to grill in my countertop oven. It just fits my oven and does the job. I spray veg oil in pan and preheat in oven. Add food in order of cook time. The lid prevents spattering but steams the food. Now I'm on the search for a spatter lid without long handle. Stay tuned. I also use this stove top. Favorite is stir fry. I grill meat first then add veggies and stir fry. Love this pan!!!

Even heating. Ridges made nice grill marks on the food. Nonstick as promised. Lighter than cast iron but cooks like it. Lid has a low dome so concentrates heat better. I did heat the pan initially on my electric stove on high heat setting to season it with oil, and believe it may have caused the couple of small black scorch marks on the bottom of the pan.My only complaint is that the red silicone handles were not included and they are necessary. I did accidentally brush the handle while heating the pan and I can promise you, they are searing hot! Takes time to be cool down enough to handle.

Love that this Grilling Pan comes with a lid! It is no fun cleaning the stove after grilling up a Burger or Steak without a lid. The grill ridges create those great grilling marks, especially with a nice slab of Salmon. Easy clean up... just wipe it down with a paper towel. I use either Tallow or Ghee to grill. Delicious meals.

I have fallen in love with this pan. It does get very hot. Use the silicone handles. I’ve taken to grilling chicken a couple times a week because of this pan. Great value for the price

When I ordered it, the description said oven safe. When I got it, the box said not for use in oven. Plus the silicon covers for the handles do NOT protect your hands from the heat. The silicon gets really hot from the handles, and this is just from using the pan on the stove top. Should of purchased the "whatever pan" I chose this one because it was similar to it and less expensive, and it was 13 inches wide vs. the "Whatever pan". All in all I am very disappointed I can't put it in the oven.
