Great value for money , good quality did the job perfectly for 20mm porcelain tiles .

They work well, but they are "good value" and last accordingly. You get what you pay for. Handy to have in the draw for a quick job.

Drills work but you will need several to make an impression on hard stone.

Well what can I say absolutely fantastic drilled 10 holes with just one bit into porcelain tiles 10mm thick using water 💧 using syringe and cleaning diamond bit head every 15 seconds 😀 Definitely listening to all reviews and tips helpful getting your mileage out of just one 5 star Definitely 🌟 start of slowly keeping it on a tilt then straighten up once made an impression

I had some 2cm porcelain patio slabs to drill. These drill bits cut through them well but once you cut all the way through the piece of porcelain tile is stuck inside the drill bit. I tried drilling holes in the side of one drill bit to knock the piece of tile out but this didn’t work. I then realised that the shank of the drill bits are also hollow and so put a long Allen key through the hole and held the drill bit in a vice and repeatedly hit the Allen key but this still wouldn’t remove the piece of tile stuck inside. Once there is a piece of tile stuck inside the drill bit is useless. I tried but you just end end with the piece of tile inside spinning round on top of the tile you are trying to cut and the diamond surface doesn’t make contact with the tile you are trying to cut. So long story short, they work, but only once due to the ridiculous design.

These drills worked perfectly. I had previously purchased one 6mmErbauer drill from Screwfix, but having seen the reviews here, purchased these and returned the Erbauer, which had a very short shank anyway. These drills were brilliant. I only used two and could have actually got away with one. I still have eight brand new. Used for drilling 30mm thick granite cap stones, as a pilot drill for 25mm core drilling. The fact that they have a 6mm parallel shank throughout their length is also useful. Totally recommend
