Solid Tool
I bought this angle grinder for some home improvement projects. I needed something that could handle cutting and grinding various metals without breaking the bank, and this one seemed to fit the bill. It's been working well so far; it can definitely cut through metal like a hot knife through butter. The motor is pretty powerful too, which makes it easy to use even on tougher materials. I managed to modify my old metal table with ease using this grinder (though I did burn a hole in my pants leg during the process - gotta watch out for those sparks!). Overall, I'd say it's a good tool for anyone who needs something reliable and affordable for DIY projects or even professional use. This angle grinder comes with three grinding wheels and a carrying case, which is nice. The reversible handle is useful too; sometimes you need to change the way you're holding it depending on what you're working on. It's also fairly lightweight compared to some other grinders I've used, so that's a plus. I don't have much else to say about it really. It does its job well and I haven't had any problems with it yet.

Strong and good price
Thought it would be smaller machine for the price, but turned out to be a nice size, little heavy machine. Works very well, good and strong. Worth the price.

Short on conveniences but long on power and performance, a great tool for the price
I bought this grinder to do basic maintenance and cleanup around our apartment building. Particularly, we have a pile of old scrap pipes, mostly cracked, pierced, or otherwise damaged, that have been cut out during repairs or renovations. Many are still connected together in T, Z, and even H shapes, too large and heavy to be put out for the City trash collection. But if they're sliced apart into smaller, separate lengths of straight pipe, it's no problem. So, I armed myself with this grinder and a few cutting wheels (purchased elsewhere) and gave myself a project. It took a few tries and some careful positioning to get the wheel attached so that it wasn't off-center (won't spin correctly, rubs against the guard), or loose/wobbly (won't spin at all), or otherwise seated improperly — the arbor mounting is a bit fiddly. The rotation-lock button for the spindle is also a little tricky, you have to press it just so or it doesn't actually do anything. Minor issues to be expected from an under-$50 tool, and nothing that impacts it performance. Just irritations. Once I sorted all that out, the grinder was a breeze to use. It slides through copper pipe like it's slicing bread, no exaggeration. And even 50-year-old, thick-walled iron drain pipe is no real challenge for it. Initially I was using it two-handed, as usual, but after a few minutes I grew confident enough in its power and stability that I switched to one-handed, using the other hand to hold the loose pipe, which was a real time-saver. The grinder has that much power, and requires so little manual pressure behind it, that it's just as effective with one hand as it is with two.

Great starter angle grinder for novices
I decided to try to get into metalworking and doing random DIY stuff around the garage and picked up this angle grinder since it had a lot of good reviews and was cheap enough. The quality is very decent for a $22 tool, and it works great! it's easy to get the switch to lock on the on position, but prefer to hold down the switch when I use it (for safety). It has plenty of power and can cut metal fairly quickly. However, the grinding disc that was provided; is just not good. It came with a few scratches and a couple of nicks in the abrasive part. Whenever I try to grind, it cuts into the side of the wheel and I can see it starting to seriously wear down on the side. That said, if you purchase a quality grinding disc or cutting disc, it should be more than powerful for a beginner, but don't exactly expect it to last years or decades (like Dewalt or Makita). If you only need an angle grinder once in a while or for an odd job here or there, this is the best budget tool to buy without going too over the top (like a normal dude won't need a $200 Milwaukee). So, overall, I give it five stars and i recommend it to others :)

Very Impressed with this Grinder. Great Value for the Money. Quieter Grinder!
Very Impressed with this Grinder. As Someone who has Burned through a Many Grinder , this Grinder, at least for the Money, Appears to be a Great Bargain. As a Consumer, have Only Purchased Retail Brand Grinders and not Profession Grade Tools/Brands, of All the Grinders Used, this One is the Quietest Grinder Owned. The Grinder seems to have adequate Power, does not seem to easily Bind or Lack Power, while the Speed seems suitable for Regular Use. Cannot say as to Longevity, however Using this Grinder for a Limited Time, this Seems to be a Very Good Value for the Money? Having had Spent More for a Comparable Product Retail, would have rather Purchased this Grinder than Other Items Purchased. After adding a Consumer Priority Service (CPS) Extended Warranty, this Tool is Now Protected for Years, if by Some Chance, it were to Fail. Have Used this Grinder to Resurface/Refinish a Wooden Garage Door, Cut General Steel, Clean Metal Surfaces using a Wire Wheel, etc.. and with Each Task, it seems to Impress with Every Use. Especially proved the Price. Honestly, due Past Purchases/Use of those Products, is why the Extended Warranty was Purchased. Have done the Same with Other Grinders and have Replaced Multiple Grinders using Warranties, again Grinders are One of those Tools that Need Replaced Regularly. Would Purchase this Item Again. Also like the Black and Orange Coloring of this Tool. Considering it is a Grinder, Black would not Show Grime/Dirt/Grease, as any Other Color would, because Grinders are always Dirty.. So a Grinder being Black, only Makes Sense..

The Perfect Solution
I hate borrowing other people's tools. I had a project that required cutting off some metal shelf brackets that were already installed on the garage wall. I didn't want to take them down and cut them. I just needed to cut off a portion so a cabinet would fit flush against the wall. I thought why not just buy what I need. This very inexpensive angle grinder/cutoff tool was the perfect solution. It cut each bracket in about 30 to 45 seconds. And very neatly.
