does it fit Gerber flush valve?

Mine was not Gerber, it was REX 1.6 GPF valve and it was inserted into pipe of 1 1/2" outer diameter having approx. 1 3/8" diameter itself. It is 2" long including upper "neck" of approx. 1 3/4" diameter. To fix my defective valve I brought in my defective valve to local plumbing store to make sure it fits and bought this identical Sloan Valve . After that I ordered on Amazon the same for 50% of that price to have peace of mind . So far no problem for 3 years

Is the fiber washer included in the kit?

Its been to long ago I cant remember. Everything was in the kit that I needed though to fix my problem.
