Q: Is there a difference between these and the 3M 1100 foam ear plugs?

Thank you for asking. The 3M 1100 have a NRR of 29. These 3M 92077 have a NRR of 32.

Q: I do not understand how to insert them?

Place your finger in the middle of one of earplugs with the rounded tip between your fingers. Press and roll the earplug to reduce the diameter. Insert that reduced diameter into your ear canal where it will gradually expand to block out the sound. One plug in each ear canal.
