2nd time I’ve purchased it
This is the best, most powerful, easy to use, and compact steamer I’ve used. I purchased it again after accidentally damaging it (user error on my end), and am still happy with the qualities.

It works, but....
First, let me start by saying that the steamer does work and it smoothes out wrinkles on shirts and pants. I was happy with the ease of use and how quick it works. Here's my experience with it:- Instructions were simple and easy to understand. But, on one item, it says that when the water runs out, "it will automatically reset".- It is not clear what "automatic reset" means. I think they are trying to say that it will automatically shutdown when water is empty.- Filled up the cup to the recommended water line (cold water). My sink water is chlorine free and soft water)- Water was boiling with 60 seconds.- Angled the steamer about 20 - 30 degrees (never crossed 45 degrees)- In the first 10- min I was using it, it was working, and steam did come out. Wrinkles were smoothed out on my pants/shirts- I also kept hearing a clicking noise. I assumed this was the thermostat kicking on/off because the water would start/stop boiling.- With the thermostat, maybe it was it protection system so that water would not continuously boil. - OK, i thought that was fine- Later on that day, I decided to use the steamer again. As I used it for the first 10 min, two things that I ran into:1. I no longer heard the clicking noise, and water seemed to keep boiling. And, my water was evaporating much quicker than the previous use.2. As I was steaming my shirt, water would occasionally spit out from the steamer head. At times, it was chunks of water. It's possible that the water was spitting out because it was continuously boiling and needed to escape. You have to be careful because that hot water will seriously burn you. Also, I saw some of the other reviews where customers would ask if this could be used on your face. (i assume they were referring to whether you could use it to clear pores from your face..etc). The answer is NO!!You can NOT use this on your face. As with any steamer, you will be seriously burned. Never touch the steamer head where steam comes out. Treat it just like an iron. So, overall, the steamer does work. I'll still continue to use it, but will be very careful with it.

PureSteam Portable Fabric Steamer
I recently bought a Portable Fabric Steamer. One of my favorite uses of this product was on four shirts that have been hanging in my closet for quite some time. They have been there because they needed to be ironed but I am never pleased with the iron on this type of dress shirt material. To get my iron hot enough, with steam, to get rid of the wrinkles, I feel that afterward you can tell it's been ironed. The PureSteam Portable Fabric Steamer seemed to do the trick on these shirts. They don't look like an iron ran over them and they don't have any wrinkles. The user manual was very good at making me aware of safety while using this product but I was still nervous. You would not want to accidentally spill the boiling water. As long as you follow the detailed user manual, you should be safe. The company also sent an email in regards to safety while using this product. Just please, watch children when using this product. One thing I think the manual could have added was the distance to hold the steamer from the fabric for beginner steamers, like myself. A few days after purchasing and using this product, I did receive an email from the company that said, "If you are having trouble removing wrinkles, don’t be afraid to press the PureSteam up against the fabric while steaming." This would have been a useful hint to put in the manual.I like the long cord, since your fabric might be hanging far from the outlet. It is definitely portable, heats up quickly, and gets rid of wrinkles with a more natural look. Since it is portable, the water supply only lasts 6-10 minutes. I could get about one and a half shirts done in that time but I was being careful. I could see great use for this steamer with curtains, prom dresses, on trips, and more. All in all, this is a very nice Portable Fabric Steamer.

Worked well for a year and then started leaking
I liked the size and portability of this product. It could be just my product, but it started leaking after a year. It still works, but it's always leaking.
