I've used fish oils before - but in todays eviroment I'm not wanting to eat much fish and after reading up on omega and skin I'd wanted to take suppliments. I've read that the omega is primarily from the algae the fish eat - so why not get the omega at the source. I've yet to see the effects re my skin + the other health benefits of omega give you.
