Even if You Stink 'Em Up, They Clean Beautifully
My daughter is the literal worst at A) finding her shoes and B) keeping her shoes from looking like they were dragged through a pile of hog manure. So, these hot pink, wash-off plastic bits of brilliance help me A) not drown myself in a sea of despair when she again announces that she can't find her shoes. Instead, I just scan my gray-scale home for the singular pop of pink and reward my keen eyesight with a handful of chocolate chips and B) while these babies can still SMELL like hog manure (Take heed - I have particularly odorous children. Yours may not cause these shoes to smell like steamed piles of sulfur-y hell.), I can toss them in the shower with said stinky child and all emerge smelling fresh and looking clean.

Not so great for chubby baby feet
Shoe is very cute but the sizes are soo off and not ment for chunky babies. I ended up returning the jeffersons and getting the miller style in the exact same size and they fit perfectly! My little boy has chubby little feet so the jeffersons left marks on the top of his feet but they were way to long. Definitely try the miller style if you notice these are too tight!

Performs as expected
TLDR: they work very well for casual warm-weather wear, don't expect the impossibleI bought this before a trip to Hawaii for my 4 year old, so it could double as beach and walking shoes. Saved room in my bag for a week-long trip!On the beach, she mostly kicked them off right when we got to the sand and they rinse clean very easily. She wore them on a short hour-long hike to a waterfall, they survived going up and down rocky muddy paths but I wouldn't count on them for grip or stability that much (they are just plastic shoes after all). Walking around the city they are pretty ideal, not bad for playground play as well. There isn't much arch support as with sneakers/hikers, so if you are planning some pretty intense walking/hiking just bring those along - these are more for casual use (as expected).

Ankle Scrapers! OUCH
Rear ankle ridge scrapes into my toddlers skin after 15 minutes at the park. And the top part of the shoe is too low it leave a perforated pattern in his skin. My 17 month old is 25lbs - average size 5 foot. These are so cute but could be redesigned with more vertical space to accommodate standard chubby toddler feet. Now we can only wear them when we have him in the stroller or shopping cart - anywhere he won't be walking a lot. Bummer!

Not for skinny feet or chubby feet.
These run really big. It's a nice shoe and I wish it worked for us, but my 5 year old has a very very skinny foot and heel. Even sizing down, they were way too wide and his foot slid right out and was just asking for blisters. Unfortunately we will be returning. On the flip side, I tried a pair on my 2 year old at a store of the same style and her feet were too chubby to even go in them. Seems a fine line for these shoes. Bummed!

Always looks dirty
Other than running big, my issue with these is that they look dirty after each & every wear. The off-white toe gets black marks (like it’s been scuffed) with a simple 30 minute play in the backyard. A little elbow grease (not a simple wipe down) and it comes off. If dirt is anywhere nearby, it flocks to the shoe. That comes off with a simple wash under a faucet, but I just wasn’t looking for a high maintenance shoe for my kiddo. The design is super cute, & I love that it’s a slip on vs. the crocs sling back style. I’m on the fence about purchasing for my big kid which I had planned on doing.

Just do it!
These are amazing and super cute. My 3 & 4 year old kids can slip them on and off by themselves and they don't fall off even when worn in the water. My kids love them and say they are really comfy. They pick them out every day to wear no matter where we are going. These definitely run a half a size small so size up 1/2 a size! My kids are both about an 11.5 and the 12s are perfect for both of them and my daughter has pretty wide feet. I tried the regular Crocs with that strap on the back and they gave my kids blisters within minutes. I also tried the Crocs that look similar to the Natives for my son and the hole wasn't big enough to get his feet into. (Side note, though.... Crocs has great customer service RE: returns.) The price tag is a bit steep on the Natives, but I found pink ones on Amazon for around $15. I paid $31 for the gray, however. But they're worth it. I will definitely buy them again next year in a bigger size. And everyone always asks where I got these shoes because they're so cute and practical. Just do it! =)

Do not leave these shoes in your car!
Be warned! Do not leave these shoes in your car!I want to preface this by saying all of our toddler/kid friends have and LOVE these shoes, so it seemed like a no-brainer when I bought them for our car camping trip at the lake. My 2 year-old son wore them once and they were great. But, the next day they were very snug and I couldn't figure out why. On the 3rd day of our trip, I took the shoes out of the car and they had curled up and were at least 2 sizes too small. The heat of the car shrunk them and they are completely unwearable. I understand that heat and rubber may not be the best combination, but many of our things were being stored in the car on this trip and without any sort of warning label it's not something that crossed my mind, especially since everyone has told me how these shoes last forever. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted money on a pair of shoes that my son didn't even get to use.

Great product!
Great product. My 4 year old beat these things up. Mud, lakes, grass, concrete, you name it these things took it all.
