Does bamboo wood off gas? Is this natural or treated?

This looks like a piece of bamboo made by laminating many thin pieces together using glue & pressure. I have a bamboo cutting board made this way - and like it. What is your concern with "off gasing" ?

What is the width of the wood? it says 8 inches but it doesn't look like it

Yes, you need to account for the aspect ratio. The actual width is 7 I/8” which is effectively 8” in the lumber business.

Do these Bamboo Blanks already have those holes drilled in them that show in one of the pictures? I'm looking for flat and blank on both sides

The board with the holes in it is a cribbage board, or you can order the blank one with no holes.

Perfect for my Needs

I needed a piece of bamboo for a small project and this fit the bill. The bamboo is beautiful with a near flawless finish - it is easy to work with and more renewable than wood. Of course, bamboo is softer than wood so it doesn't work for all projects and a bit more expensive.

Plank is fine. Seller put a bar code sticker on raw wood. I want them to try and remove it.

Seller must be ignorant to the fact that their bar code stickers are difficult to remove from these planks. Surely they can find a better way.
