Does this contain xantham gum?

I'm not sure if anyone is still looking at this question but I was doing some recent research and noticed that the Crystal sold in 1 gallon jugs and 32 oz. bottles do contain xantham gum. The 6 oz. and 12 oz. bottles of Crystal do not contain xantham gum. I have a 12 oz. bottle on my desk right now and the entire list of ingredients is: Aged Red Cayenne Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Salt. If you do a Google Image search you can see that the one gallon and 32 oz. contains have xantham gum.

Does this have to be refrigerated? I've never had a problem with the smaller bottles, but this large a container will take much longer to use up.
