This is very good tape. It is on the pricey side for electrical tape, but it stays stuck when the temperature climbs. I try to reserve it for applications I know are going to exceed 130 degrees, so it stays in its container until a situation calling for hi temp tape arises.

After using 3M Super 88 electrical tape you'll never want to go back to the cheap stuff again. Absolutely worth the expense. Not only does it make excellent electrical tape but it's extremely UV resistant making it a great additional to another 3M product Temflex 2155 rubber wrapping tape.The two together will weatherproof RF and electrical connections for years on end and come with the added benefit for being easily removable if you ever need to regain access to the connection. By wrapping Super 88 over Temflex 2155 you protect the Temflex from UV and make a very stable, very secure weatherproofed wrap. If you're involved in amateur radio or need to weather proof outdoor RF or electrical connections I highly recommend the combination of Temflex 2155 wrapped with 3M Super 88 for years of protection.

This is a high-quality electrical tape used by professional electricians.Scotch 33 is also an excellent professional tape. But Scotch 88 is a notch above even Scotch 33 in cold weather conditions.
