I was tired of having to buy $200 OEM toner cartridges. So I shopped around with many multiple different third party cartridges. This one here has been the best. The quality is as close to OEMS I can get and it has been super reliable for me. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this product. It doesn't smudge, it functions great, The prick quality is great, and it's a great bang for your buck. Overall I'm in love with this.

I originally bought a double pack of cartridges for my aging computer. The price was RIGHT! Since my printer was still producing quality prints, I did not open the package for over one month. When I finally opened the package, I could not get it to load. In frustration, I sent a response to the vendor. They responded promptly and shared a great video. In about 30 seconds, the printer was up and running. Interestingly, about 3-4 people tried, and we ALL got it wrong! Thank you for Aztech for your support.

Repetition of a section of the image down the surface of the page is an indication of a worn image drum. That is part of an HP cartridge and is the most critical piece to proper imagining. In both cartridges, there is ghosting. On the first cartridge, the image issue started on the far left and right sides of the page and was tolerable. Over the next 1,500 pages, the ghosting has progressed towards the center and I just swapped it out for the other. This cartridge also has that initial 1/2" wide ghosting the first did. Ghosting like this isn't uncommon at the end of life of a cartridge used for heavy stock which creates more friction at the edges of the page. I'm not used to seeing the issue progress from the edge towards the center, usually it gets longer down the page until the top 1/5 of the page repeats down the length. The reman of these cartridges weren't properly tested, I hope, but because both look the same, I am concerned that they are using a solvent to 'recondition' the drums which could make a mild situation worse. These were a good price, and the cartridge would be fine for internal use, but I do NOT recommend these for anything facing professional scrutiny like customers or client use..

The ink cartridges work great. Though one of them came cracked on the end. I contacted customer support. They immediately shipped me a brand new one with no questions asked.

We have purchased this toner to replace our OEM Toner Pack that HP wanted over $200 for original replacement. Some would tend to shy away from 3rd party replacement; however this item should absolutely be considered when you need a new toner replacement. The print quality is, in our opinion, as acceptable, as original; and the savings yielded on this product will basically get you 2 1/2 replacements, for the cost of one original. We are in an autoparts store; and really put this toner to the test, and the Aztech Toner replacement (55X) passes the mark with flying colors.... You cant go wrong in using this product. As well, Eco Imaging stands behind their products, offers exceptional customer service and complete customer satisfaction... We have not had to utilize their replacement support; but I can only imaging, the only thing you ohave to lose would be a savings of over $100 in your purchases... Give them a try and I know you will not be disappointed... Highly recommended; and will absolutely purchase again, when needed.

This is the best replacement ink cartridge for my work printer that I've found. Normally when you buy it on HP, it's around $200 for one cartridge, but you get two cartridges for an amazing price. I will continue to buy this replacement cartridge. Best value!!
