This shredder definitely came in handy during a cookout I had.You know you're old when you get excited over a shredder and this did not disappoint.The options this has is amazing and the container at the bottom made it so much better.I like how Amazon reviews has "Ideas" listed beneath for Value of Money, Grating Speed, Sharpness, Protection, Ease of Cleaning and Quality.Quality - This thing is solid. Even with the container on the bottom, everything feels sturdy and I was able to shred a 10oz block of Cheddar within 5 minutes using the finest setting.Grating Speed - How fast can you move your arms to grate the cheese? The speed depends entirely on you.Sharpness - It's a cheese grater, the sharpness is perfectly acceptable. Had no issues grating. It's not a scalpel.Protection - This thing comes with a non-slip rubber lining on the bases (both the shredder and container) and the handle as well. Although the lining comes off, which I would recommend when you're cleaning/washing and allowing dry before putting it back on.Ease of Cleaning - I run it under hot water + soap and use a regular sponge to wipe clean. Inside is big enough to get your hand in and wipe down. Everything is opened so it's easy to get the water in there to rinse off.I expect my relationship with this grater to grow as time passes. We will be an unstoppable force in the kitchen. I can't wait to see what else I can slice with the other settings.

Where has this been all my life!? Here, on Amazon. Amazing, soft silicone grip that goes easy on arthritic hands ,the blades are sharp yet safe, I love the plasic sturdy storage cup with lid that shows measurements. A great value that delivers what it says it does. Way to go!

Nice sized cheese shredder! Good options, sturdy, comes with a handy little cup that attaches to the bottom and a lid to seal it for quick cheese later. Comfy to use, nice handle and comes nice and sharp. Every side slice and dice’s! For the money, it’s a great choice.Only thing it from 5 stars is the rubber bottom of the grater and the rubber top of the convenient storage cup, are flimsy and immediately start to come off. You can push it back on, but cmon… I’ve used it 4 times and the rubber is already peeling of?

Sturdy, easy to use. Love the attachable measuring cup. I was in need of a sturdy grater for cheese and vegetables. This arrived well packaged and ready to use. (remember to wash before first use). It is very stable, does not shift when using, and the measuring cup attachment is a win, win. It is very reasonably priced which is another attractive attribute for this great addition to my kitchen.

Grater is sturdy and stable on the counter top surface. I like the fact that there is a removable collection box that fits inside the grater for the cheese to accumulate. The leftover cheese can then be refrigerated.
