Would REALLY like the seller to get back to us!!
We received a different lamp than ordered although they look very similar. Remote is also different. We also didn't receive an instruction manual. Lamp worked great for a month and then inexplicably stopped. It won't turn on but when plugged in, flashes brightly every 2 seconds. We've taken it apart and put it back together, unplugged and plugged and repaired the remote but nothing is working. Nor can I get ANYONE with Pitras or Gerrybriting to answer my pleas for help. Can't find information on the web about this specific lamp except some dude on Utube putting this exact model together. We're stuck with an expenseive non working lamp.

Sending back for refund.Box was damaged a little.must been used. It says new on the box.missing plug adapter to outlet missing remote and not what was advertised different model.assembly is just you screwing the pipes to each other.
