Can this be used to hold mulch in place, if used outside aginst yhe weather about how long will the bond hold?

How much mulch? Titebond is weather "resistant" not entirely waterproof so if the mulch is permanently wet or damp the bond will fail. it is also a fairly expensive choice for such an application. I would ask a landscaper for their recommendation for a mulch adhesive. Anyway I've always found mulch to be pretty 1non migratory so why would you want to glue it down?

If you follow the directions the bond is superb. Use for all woodworking projects

Can this be used mixed with sawdust for a filler/grout between boards for flooring?

Absolutely! * Use the finest sawdust you can get. The stuff you don't want to breathe from a palm sander for example * Use sawdust from the same species of wood to ensure color matching. * Use the maximum amount of sawdust with as little glue as you can, making a putty
