Works great. No errors not being OEM
These ESTON remanuf print heads work just fine in my HP DesignJet 500. No errors or warnings that I'm not using HP print heads. (hooray!) Text, lines, images, etc all clear. No streaking or alignment issues. I can't speak to their longevity as I've only printed about 40 sheets of 18x24 architectural drawings (1/3 of those sheets with image files - not just CAD drawings). But so far perfect! Price made it worth the purchase already - just to get the plotter up and running again. Thumbs up!

Faulty Remanufactured Printheads by Easton
I purchased a set of 4 remanufactured printheads for my HP Designjet. One of the printheads became faulty within two months of using them. I have barely used the printer. Amazon only sells sets of 4 different colors from what I can gather so it is my understanding that they will refund me for the one printerhead which does me no good getting my printer running again. I would think that since the seller remanufactures these print heads, they would replace the yellow one which malfunctioned. I guess I should have just bought the printerheads from HP who stands by their products. I will never buy another product from Easton

Value priced with great quality
We received the printheads and 3 of the 4 were recognized by the plotter and work fantastic! Within 2 hours of contacting the seller, we had a replacement for the defective printhead being shipped to us. Very impressive product with stellar customer service and at 1/4 the price of OEM!

One arrived damaged
One of these modules would not work in our printer because it was damaged.

Only two out of four worked
We purchased these before and they worked well. We reordered and only two of the four worked, we request a refund or credit our account.

Hard to beat for the price and the quality just as good as OEM
The cartridges works as advertised we had no issues whatsoever and after installing them and priming at the printer prints as if it were new I don’t notice any changing colors either.

One cartridge was rejected by the printer
Three of the four cartridges worked, but one (magenta) is apparently not recognized. The printer simply asks for it to be replaced every time it is restarted with that cartridge in place. Maybe there are higher-quality refurbs out there?
