I really like this supplement. This may sound weird but I do feel it, especially when I take two separate doses. I feel my body warm up and it gives me energy. I am borderline anemic and I hope this helps. I'll find out next week as I'm going in for blood work. It doesn't taste bad and no stomach upset. It's a little pricier than Globulo Rojo, which I was taking before but I think it's worth the money. I'm a fan!

An excellent product—probably the best—for providing high quality iron that does not cause the unpleasant or debilitating side-effects (like constipation) of iron tablets. Pleasant-tasting. A high quality product. Alas, awfully expensive.

Ok, so let's be real. Iron tastes bad. It does to me anyway, but it's not too bad. The consistency isn't too thick to drink easily. I have had 2 major leaks, but it was due to me not having the cap screwed on properly when I shook it. It's super easy to use and has really brought my energy levels up. I'm not sure if this has affected my sleep quality or not. I will say that I have been struggling with my iron for years and this stuff has been life saving. Any cons are drastically outweighed by the pros. Definitely try it if you are tired of iron hurting your stomach and not absorbing properly!

This product boosts iron and iron levels. Very effective yet so gentle on the tummy. Did I mention, it tastes great😊

This is a great product. Great for people who don’t absorb iron well. However, my bottle was delivered with the packaging ripped open in a strange way and it was placed in bubble wrap with a damaged box. The seal also did not appear to be intact. It was very easy to open. I did not feel comfortable using it.

This tastes like medicine, but a healthy taste...This was recommended by my doctor as I appeared difficinet in some vitamins even with my daily multi-vitamin. I have been taking this for a couple of years now., and my Blood chemistry has improved somewhat. This this may have helped. I TAKE ONE CAPFUL TWICE A WEEK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

After reading the reviews for this product, I was skeptical. Not only does it work, but it tastes good. I expected a strong bitter iron taste, but instead, it was somewhat fruity, like prune juice. I feel the difference as I move throughout my day. It's easy to use. The texture is thin. There are no side effects, and it's easy to swallow.
