I use this celery in a "potion" to help along a stalled period. I am getting older and under a ton of stress so I missed out on a period. I took my "potion" including celery which stimulates the cycle. A week later it started but I have to admit it was quite heavy so be careful with this. I also know it is a diuretic so you might be drinking alot of water and visiting the bathroom alot. Celery also has other benefits for your blood pressure and other things, read up on it if interested. Carlysle is always excellent products with great potency at a cheaper price. I haved used this celery for years now.

Taking 2 per day, easy to swallow.

It didn't work as a total cure "in 24 hours", as some suggested, but it did work over a few days. I now take it regularly. The best answer I've found to date.

A friend makes celery smoothies each day for many health issues. Not a fan of the taste of it so I was glad when I saw these easy to take celery seed capsules. Haven't really seen a big improvement in my health but know I can't drink celery smoothies.

Exactly what I wanted!

I read that celery seed helps with hypertension, so I thought I would give these a try. They have a very strong "celery" smell and I considered that a good thing since that is what I wanted. The pills are easy to swallow, a little on the larger size. These make me have to pee, which I think is what they are supposed to do to flush sodium out of kidneys.

Basically didn't help at all for my blood pressure. Took as directed, monitoring my BP every day, 2 X a day. Don't get your hopes up. There were a lot of positive reviews about prion having their bp lower after using this but this obviously isn't for everyone
